No Use and No value
I am also a Holiday Club member/hostage. Have been for a few years. PLTDN261303. I get 15 annual points. I have made some bookings in the past on the points. We have only 1 resort in Namibia. When they sold us these points there were promises of a few more to come, which needles to say has not happened. I have tried 4 time in the past to book accommodation in the Western Cape. I can never get any availability. It seems like one is in this thing for life. I want to give my shares/points away for free but even that seems to be impossible. THC surely don't buy back their own worthless points. Surely there must be a way out of this membership which seems to hold one against one's will. Feels like I belong to the Mafia. The only way out is by death it seems. I do not care about any money I invested in this. I just want to get this out of my system. <br>

We thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We have one resort that is owned by the Club in Namibia, however, we have access to additional resorts via our exchange partners. As these resorts are not owned by the Club we have no control over the releasing of availability.
Our records reflect you are currently trying to secure accommodation in the Western Cape for check-in today. We urge our members to pre-plan their holidays to avoid disappointment as we released Holiday Club inventory for 2015 in March 2014 already. We can always assist with alternative dates or resorts if your resort of choice is not available.
