NO means NO and deducting money with out approvel

we went to Durban umhlanga for my partners birthday in October as we was on our way to the pub we got stopped be I lady saying we r not selling anything u can win a prize so we pulled out a ticket but to clam come and listen to the offer so we went as we was thinking shame its almost xmas and she is trying to get money so we are a bit soft like that so anyway we was shown to a sales person Wayne told us about the holiday club we thought well it sound good but we DONT want it till new year 2016 as it was my partners bday and xmas was on the way to so we said we will contact them as soon as we are ready !! so on the 15/12/15 there was an R13.00 taken out of my credit card and then R13205.00 just after so they took money out of my credit card with out our permission as we said in the beginning we r not going to do it now will EFT it our self when ready.so phoned them very mad for this and told them that we didn't auth this and we are going to cancel the whole thing so after the phone call we was told to email the cancellation and I told them I want my money back ASAP !!!! and they said that we can use our 38 points to fined out that's not the case will have to pay a full year first .
