My partner and I won an 2 night stay as part of their scratch-and-win promotion as well as a harbour boat cruise ride at Waterfront. The process leading up to the stay was easy — notify the agent and then pay the cleaning fee. That was literally it! Our stay was chilled, cozy, — the villa beautifully decorated and comfortable. Views were amazing. We arrived early to Shark Bay but the hotel was kind enough to let us use the pool and get food (at our own expense) whilst we waited for the room to be cleaned. The only complication was the jacuzzi part — the firewood process and what not was not really clear but overall lekker experience. And to think we got such a great deal all because of a scratch card.
