<div>I bought points from them and converted my points to Private Residence. I was told that I could book international holidays, easily and many more units would be available on the new level. The agent misrepresented the facts. They refer you to international reservations and you are placed on a waiting list. How can one book a holiday with family on a waiting list? They send you from department to department with no offer of any solution. Be warned. All the agents are interested in is selling you points. Very upset and dissatisfied!</div>
