Misleading Promotion and Lack of Communication – Holiday Club Blouberg

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the Holiday Club branch in Blouberg, Cape Town. A few weeks ago, my partner and I were approached by one of their associates at the beach and were given promotional scratch vouchers. Upon scratching, we won a four-night getaway.

We proceeded to the Holiday Club office, where we were issued a voucher and provided our personal details. We were assured that their head office would contact us via email with confirmation dates for our prize. However, despite waiting for several weeks, we have not received any follow-up communication.

This experience has been disappointing and feels misleading, as we were led to believe we had won a legitimate prize. The lack of professionalism and failure to fulfill their promise reflect poorly on the company’s integrity.

I am seeking urgent clarification on this matter and a resolution regarding the promised getaway. I also wish to warn other consumers about this poor experience to prevent them from facing similar frustrations.
