Meeting with THC representative in Namibia

I received a request to meet with a representative from S.A, Stephen, when I checked into our local resort.

The meeting when extremely well. Stephen is very professional & made the whole meeting run smoothly. I received full explanations of the new features the club is introducing. I had come across emailers on them but never got the time to go properly through them. This meeting was truly required & I am now better informed of the initiatives that the club had introduced. I promptly upgraded & can wait to plan my next holiday especially in the PR units. This is a fantastic initiative.

I particularly like the insurance initiative and will definitely be requesting for more information from customer service.

The best part was the additional benefits provided with the upgrade, much appreciated.
