Kick off your Holiday with excitement and a week of fun in the sun. This is what we found is justified and truthfully. We realised that this holiday was a memorable one from the time we did the 'Book Online. As usually said, ' your first impression is of the first person you speak to, Ayesha Habib took my Online Booking call. She was polite friendly, if it were visual, you would see the big smile, she went through all booking protocols. Though I'd had to stop her and explained that being a 'senior' and as such, she'd had to speak louder and slower. She recommenced, speaking louder & slower and asked if she was clearly? Wonderful. After finalising the Booking she told me I'll receive confirmation and if I'm not satisfied I could contact Reservations and they will do the necessary. I know that if ALL the staff are trained as well as Ayesha Habib, then that Department would set the standard. Well done The Holiday Club.
