INCORRECT INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT SCORE

I just checked my credit score to my surprise that all of a sudden TCT Leisure has loaded an unpaid balance of R25 773.00 from January 2021 to April 2021. In 201 I signed a contract with them of which later on I realized that I made a mistake. Then I was told that I will lose my joining fee of R5000.00 and on top of that, I was charged the cancellation fee in the amount of R9000.00. The payment arrangement was made between TCT and my lawyers. I have been paying the amount accordingly. Then to my surprise that my credit score has gone down because they say I am not paying. I tried to speak to a lady named Elizabeth. She told me that it will appear like that's until I am done paying the cancellation fee. I told that does not make sense how can you say I am not paying while I am making payments every month as per agreement.

This is a disgrace as the whole credit record is affected because of false information. Currently, I am owing less than R2000.00 but on my credit score, they loaded R25 773.00.
