Ill mannered rude staff

The staff of this company is disgusting!!When we could not make our appointment for personal reasons, a lady from Emperors Palace phoned me and asked if we are on our way.I told her we could not make it anymore and then she told me I am unprofessional and put the phone down in my ear!!I don't want anything to do with this company ever again.I have never been talked to so rude by any company staff.If the staff is this disgusting then the company can't be any better.At least employ some decent staff with good manners.Please do not contact me again
