I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club
I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club. Today i spoke with Jolande regarding a booking for April. She was so professional and patient regarding my concerns and my confusion. Absolute awesomeness at it's best. I've been a member of the Holiday Club for many many years and have honestly always received great service. At one time my reservation in i think Uvongo was cancelled by the owner of the unit. Obviously i wasn't happy but the Holiday Club lady then informed me that they were willing to give me an alternative place but it was triple my points for Uvongo, for no extra charge. Man this was fantastic. Thanks Beekman Brothers for your years of service.
