I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club

I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club. A booking was made last year, but it was not in 1 of the newly renovated apartments. We phoned them to try and swop apartments. The lady that answered the phone tried everything to help us. She even phoned us back twice!! Unfortunately the resort was fully booked and we couldn't change to another apartment. We totally understood it! But I still want to say "Thank you for taking the time and walking the extra mile to try and help us!!"
