I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club

I would like to write a review about The Holiday Club. This week I was in contact with Narissa from THC concerning a problem/ query I had. I certainly was the stereo type, unreasonable customer. I was fully aware that my request was contrary to THC policy but if my issue could not be resolved I would suffer some financial loss. Much to my delight, Narissa went the extra mile to assist me. Feedback from THC was prompt and I was kept informed on the progress.of the query resolution. Having worked myself as a Regional Customer Manager for a large National Retailer for many years, I was pleasantly delighted by the flexibility of THC to consider options to resolve my issue and delighted by the superior Service of Narissa and THC Team.
