I had the unfortunate experience of emergency surgery that withheld me from enjoying my holiday booking. The holiday club and all the consultants I worked with were understanding, professional and compassionate. They went the extra step in providing me a replacement holiday when I am strong enough to take it. Thank you for your excellent service!!! I can recommend working with the holiday club to everyone.
