I found the staff very understanding and very willing to help
I found the staff very understanding and very willing to help. The management was willing to listen to my reasons for the points I had lost and reconsidered the decision. I found that very humbling. Secondly I was able to book a holiday with not much hassle with the help of Karen. Thank you Karen and thank you the Holiday Club.
