Holiday from Hell - Margate Unit
We have been members of the Holiday Club since 2003. This is the worst experience. We checked into a unit at Margate Beach Club—four sleepers. It looks like a student apartment. We are very disappointed. We never stayed in such a small unit for all these years. There is no oven; the sleeper couches for the two children are not sleeper couches, like we know a sleeper couch. It becomes a bit of a holiday from hell.

The holiday from hell, has become a vacation from heaven. Yes, when the buns are stale, the manager gives a free meal on the house. This is good customer service. Shalom.
