Holiday Club
a Holiday Club representative called me back regarding a booking at a holiday destination that they want to offer me before points expired. She was so helpful and the booking was mafe in no time. Another person called me back regarding a request that I have send them vi e-mail. I have received the call within a matter of hours. She addressed me in my home language, Afrikaans altghough my e-mail was in English. My request received a positive answer which I appreciated. The Holiday Club is highly recommendable. I am a member for about ten years already.
