Hi, my husband and daughter got scratch cards in Bloubergstrand for the Holiday Club and we won a 4 night holiday. I made an appt to see the consultant and he explained the whole process to join so easily to us. We were received so well at their offices, really pleasant experience. Crystal then assisted me with setting up the voucher, literally walking me thru the full process. There were some delays but she made it so easy to proceed. I then paid the R399 for the booking fee and was able to make a booking successfully. I just want to thank Crystal so much for all her help, she is a super star.
