Great customer relations and feedback.
I recently shared a few observations and comments relating to one of our favourite Holiday Resorts (Royal Wharf). The comments were responded to by Gillian Plumbly who was prompt and efficient and made follows ups to the comments. It’s so good when a place which one enjoys appreciates positive feedback.
