Free holiday : )

My partner & I won a free holiday on the 3rd of January 2025. A guy approached us at Bloubergstrand with scratch cards, unfortunately only one of us won the free holiday. We then went with the guy to The holiday club offices, located at Bloubergstrand, to redeem our free holiday. The lady that assisted us first explained everything about the holiday club and what they have to offer. After explaining everything she took our details and told us that someone will get back to us in two weeks to explain how to redeem our voucher and how to make reservations. I received an email about 3 weeks after with my voucher number and all the details about the trip. In the email it was explained that we had to pay R399 as a cleaning fee for the 4 nights stay, which we were told the day when we got the free holiday. We paid the cleaning fee amount and patiently waited for someone to get back to us after sending the proof of payment. Finally after multiple phone calls, we were able to make our reservation. The person that assisted me was very helpful.

We are going on our free holiday soon. We are very excited. We still can't believe we won a four night holiday at one of the best resorts in the North West, all by scratching a card.
