Enjoyable holiday experience over 28 years

We joined The Holiday Club family in January 1996 and since then enjoyed many wonderful and quality family time together at various resorts. Most important, you spend precious family time together on neutral ground. However, the main reason for this review is based on my two most recent experiences, both on a Monday. The two consultants were Zizipho and Amisha respectively. The first experience was assistance with finding accommodation, a partly telephone and on-line reservation. What impressed me most was the fact that she undertook to phone me back in an hour's time. The phone rang exactly 60 minutes later. Within a few minutes the suggested accommodation was re-planned and confirmed in the middle of the winter holidays. This could not have been done more professionally. The second experience was that we simply wanted confirmation of our inception date and subsequently a record of all our bookings during our 28 years of membership. We received all of this in writing together with a friendly telephone call literally within minutes after the first request. Super efficient. In both these cases the outcome exceeded my expectations, the proverbial Extra Mile. Thank you Holiday Club.
