. Disgusting to say the least !!!! Speaks volumes of their management.
My normal monthly subscription has been R778-83. The December monthly subscription was increased to R848-93, an increase of R70-10. Received an SMS on 31/12/'24 stating the subscription will be R901-40, an increase of R52-47. There has been NO ADVANCE NOTICE OF THESE INCREASES AND NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT. This is not the first incident that this has occurred.
