Disgraceful service at The Aloes Resort (The Holiday Club)

We arrived at "The Aloes" resort in Port Shepstone, after an 8 hour drive from Johannesburg, with our young children. When we arrived we were told there was no water but there will be pool water. They did not offer us drinking water and we could not shower (pool water initially wasn't coming through the taps) There was no shower, only a pathetic small bath. Electricity was also off for hours in the unit. The unit has no aircon and when I phoned the management to ask for a fan for my kids who are suffocated in their room, we were told "unfortunately they don't supply fans"!!! What an absolute shame and disgrace.
