DEBIT ORDER NEVER ADJUSTED
On 02/12 my stepfather wanted to book a holiday with Holiday Club and was told he was in arrears with his payments, although the monthly instalments are deducted via debit order. A certain Sanjee advised him that the levies were increased 3 years ago, but apparently never on the system, and his debit order was never adjusted. He is a pensioner, but they advised that without payment of the \arrear"amount of R1"
