CONCER OVERHOLIDAY PERIODS AND LEVY IMPOSED ON MEMBERS
1. I WOULD BE GLAD IF HOLIDAY CLUB ALLOW US AS MEMBERS TO GO ON HOLIDAYS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES OR DISALLOWED. 2. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY LEVY AS MEMBERS ?

One of the greatest perks of The Holiday Club is that our Members enjoy flexible holiday options, one such factor being all-year round access to our wide range of resorts. This affords Members the choice of tailor made getaways, best suited to the dynamics and needs of their families.
Kindly note that Members are not charged penalties whatsoever, regardless of the time of year that they opt to go on holiday.
With school holidays being the peak season during which a majority of families enjoy vacation time, many of our Members plan and book their accommodation for this time well in advance, which we also encourage, avoiding the disappointment of no availability close to your desired occupation date.
We reiterate that Members are not disallowed accommodation, given they have ample points and that there is availability at the respective resort.
With reference to your contractual agreement with The Holiday Club, your membership fees go towards the levies of all inventory owned by the Club - thus allowing Members to enjoy a range of first-class facilities and well-serviced holidays across our amazing destinations.
