Cancellation of Reservation
I had to cancel a holiday reservation due to medical reasons. Tiffany Naidoo is the agent that was appointed to this enquiry. She is a very professional lady and she immediately understands my problem. She was very helpful by forwarded the necessary form to me iro the cancellation. It was an absolute pleasure to have her as my agent.
