Holiday Club Points were never intended for resale. As such, we do not attach a value to the Points.<br> Alternatively, you may terminate the membership which will be subject to forfeiture of all monies that have been paid.<br> The banked Points must be used up before the cancellation of membership or they will be forfeited.<br> SYSTEM BLOCKED Can't use it<br> you will receive feedback on the outcome of the approval<br> process within 21 days thereafter. Upon approval, you will be sent cancellation documents which you will need to sign<br> and return to us, thereafter the cancellation will be finalized. This process can take up to 8 weeks<br>

We have perused your account and confirm that you have requested cancellation of your membership. You were given options for selling your membership and made aware that cancellation is subject to forfeiture of all monies paid into your Holiday Club portfolio to date.
At no stage did you advise you would like to use your banked Points prior to cancellation of your membership. Your account is blocked due to arrears on file. We will refer your request to use the banked Points to Management for consideration.
