Bad service at the holiday club

Am so depressed still because Bongi has not been able to resolve anything for us, am so disappointed with the service am getting, it clearly shows that the company does not review status of resorts before allowing any of your clients to utilise them and us as your share holiday holders you don't value us, am even considering selling our shares after this holiday, this is of a sub-standard not even close to a 1 star rating. My son wants to go home, we drove all the way from Hartees for 9 hours for such nonsense am really not pleased, we took my nephew for first time on a holiday and this is something that he never expected or will forget and you're not even considering loosing future investors, uvongo and Margate are close by you can't even move us to one of your signature resorts you priorities people with cash than us am having terrible time ever, this is definitely my last holiday with you

Three nights sleeping on the hard beds, my husband and I are having backache headache, we are just experiencing a nightmare. I can't bear it anymore. There are ******s around the resort every time you braai you much watch out for the them and the are no warning signs about them
