bad service

We joined the holiday club in 2013. January this year a consultant came to see us for the guaranteed bonus rental discounts which we paid a further R30,969.00 for. We have tried to make bookings 5 times now (where we have in fact confirmed the places on the holiday clubs website) but where the holiday club then says those places doesn't qualify for the discount - which we were promised. Nobody seems to be able to assist and I just feel that this is a lot of money paid for never being able to go where they advertise.
