BAD BAD Holiday Club

Holiday Club has only caused irritation and frustration, I am a member since 2016, within the 1 month, I wanted to cancel my contact - and was prepared to lose my deposit Unfortunately they did not allow me to cancel my contact. It has been now 3 years later and I could not get anything out of Holiday Club. I am waiting for feedback from them with no luck.

Is Holiday Club a register credit provider? if so, where is my application approval? Because all I have is a pre-agreement

The sold the points to me, which includes a free overseas holiday vacation now no one knows about it.

Please stay away from Holiday Club - you wont get any join

Hi Anel,

Thank your for taking the time to speak to our Collections Controller.

As discussed, we confirm that you settled the arrears amount only on your account.  However, should you wish to re-instate your account in order to be able to utilise your Points, you will need to pay the re-instatement fee which was provided to you on email.

We are a registered Credit Provider.

The international vouchers are issued by the Marketing Agency through whom you purchased your Points.  You may contact their offices directly when you are ready to travel internationally and request them to issue the voucher to you.

You may contact our Member Services department should you require any further assistance.

Kind Regards,
The Holiday Club
