Are Holiday Club members important ?
I have been a member for ages and was mostly very happy with the resorts. I have book at the Seasons Spa and Golf for Feb 2024 but learned afterwards that the resort deteriorate to a state of bedbugs and filthy units. It is my view that the person from Holiday who advise me to use this resort should've been aware of the status of the resort before advice members to go on holidays at the resorts in poor state. I am very, very disappointed in Holiday club

However, it is important to note that each guest's interpretation of a resort can differ based on individual preferences. What may not meet one person's expectations may be perfectly enjoyable for another.
