An Absolute Rip-off

I have a Holiday Club membership with \The Holiday Club"for the past 21/2 years and for the first time used my points to book accommodation through the international iExchange programme. The review that is issued by the booking office is far from reality. I have been ********** by the exorbitant fees that I pay apart from the additional exchange fees. I called at international rates to raise concerns of the poor accommodation and the buck was passed from one to the other refusing to take responsibility. Eventually I was told that the RCI partner will call me to escalate the issue"
