account discrepency

same old story of being approached etc.....the one issue I have is they have been taking money out of my account and suddenly they say that the haven't received any payment from me , so where have all my payments been going. I joined the club in April last year and money was taken out of my account according to the instalment agreement and now they email and say they did not receive the money since April last year so where was the debited money going if not to the club account??<br> <br> please clarify this I cannot keep wasting my money.,<br> <br> my reference number is TCT *** for this so called arrear.
