The Debit Order Dispute Group

telemarketer sold me a toy car in May 2020 and promised delivery would be before 27 June, my child's birthday. No deductions, no car delivered, 27 June came and went, i made other plans, no harm no foul. Then suddenly on 8 August, nearly 3 months after the agreed upon date, they decide to take their first debit order. I call them on 11/08/2020 and they promise refund within 7 days. i follow-up on 17/08/2020 and suddenly they cannot confirm a date, it is still in processing. I follow-up again on 18/08, raging by now, and "a manager will call you before 10am". I call back at 11 as no call received from anyone and again "i will ask my manager to call you". The hobby group is a National Credit Act delinquent and should be treated as such.
