STAY AWAY, BAD QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stay away from this group. I got a D58 drone from them which I am still paying off over 6 months. I ordered the drone in September as a gift for my grandson in January. I received the drone in September for obvious reason I did not open the package any fly the drone in September. When the drone was opened in January it worked for no more than 10 minutes, and one of the motors ceased ( I presume it is one of the motors) His 4 propellers and one stopped working. I contacted the Hobby Group and explained my situation. Their response was . Unfortunately you have past your 30 day warranty. And gave me another companies details that they use to repair drones. I contacted that company and there response was they do not do repairs on that specific drone. I have returned the response to the Hobby Group asking them if they could assist me in maybe a spare part or teouble shoot the problem with the drone. I have sent the email twice and they do not respond. They a quick to sell you an item and promise you the world, but as soon as you have a problem they have zero customer service. Now I sit with a broken Drone that cost more than R2K and still paying it off and I can't do anything with it because they are not prepared to help. I could just as well as thrown that money in the toilet. Don't fall for their sweet talk sales gimmicks , their drones are of poor quality. Also The Hobby group don't bother to respond to this and say please contact ***. Because that is what i have done and you have not bothered to respond to my request.
