Coming close to nearly a year ago I confirmed a drone purchase. I got a call from a telemarketing person and low and behold the item was not up to spec. I was misled in the sales pitch and requested a refund. During the current pandemic we find ourselves in a gave them time to give my my money back. To this day I still can't see a refund back into my account. Useless after sales services. ******** and *****. I even advised that they keep my payment for an upgraded drone and even that seems to be a problem. I keep getting told a refund will be done in a few days. This is simply a lie. Do not order anything from these guys. Prices are way to high . Quality is terrible. And over all service sucks...
