Paid for a drone but never received it

Really disappointed with the service and correspondence received from The Hobby Group support team Boipelo Sekhoahla. A sales representative from the Hobby Group contacted me with a special offer, which I accepted. Agreement was drone. Weeks after that we went into lockdown. Nothing was delivered yet. Weeks after this lockdown I still haven't received anything. I tried calling and sent emails to cancel this order, but just don't get any feedback at all.
