NON-DELIVERY ON PROMISES

Don't do business with The Hobby Group!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a wonderful customer relationship with Platinum Group and expected the same from the telemarketer of The Hobby Group who got my details from Platinum. Sadly my experience has been anything but pleasant. I took up the offer of a drone after being contacted by a telemarketer. I waited a LOOOONG time to hear from them. When my bank account was debited, I called questioning delivery only to THEN discover that it takes 12 days AFTER 1st debit. Guess what - no delivery after 15 days and I cancelled. I was assured the refund will be done within 7 days. Guess what...I am still waiting. Bianca is unhelpful!!! Since when is a senior manager not available by telephone? In todays age even a 6 year old has a phone.
