Never make the mistake of taking a membership

I took out a membership from The Hobby Group and received a HG 1 drone from them which was much poorer quality than expected. I then informed them I would like to cancel my membership after making sure they received all payments for the drone. They kept giving me the runaround and I made it clear I am canceling the membership. I today suddenly see a debit order going of from my account months after canceling their membership.

Don't join them they sell substandard products at exorbitant prices and their customer service is the worst. Worst of all they will not honor cancelation of subscription as per original sales call where I informed the sales associate that I was interested in the drone which never lived up to their claims and that I would only be interested in the 6 months needed to pay for the drone and didn't want to continue membership after this.

Trust me it doesn't matter who you call to cancel membership they will keep taking your money. Worst after sales service, unreachable for cancelation and in my opinion dishonest in their dealings by still taking debit order payment from canceled subscriber.
