I phoned in to cancel my subscription

I phoned in to cancel my subscription. The phone didn't even ring long and the call was answered. The lady answered very friendly a few security questions was asked. My query was logged and I got all done in a few minutes. Very professional and wanted to make sure if they can help out before I continue with what I wanted to do. So I'm very happy how It was handled.
