Hobby Group Order Cancellation

I received a call from a Telemarketer and signed up for one of their Drone offers. The 1st Debit order went through successfully. When I advised my husband of the purchase , he was not interested in a Drone. I phoned Bianca from the Hobby Group and she gladly cancelled the order and put through a refund.

Customer service was great and I had no hums and haa's :)
