Completely Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication

Requested the cancellation of my order on 3rd of October. A full seven days later, I finally received a call — which I missed —no one bothered to follow up the same day or even the next. Another week passed with complete silence until I had to reach out again myself. Only today, after all this time, was I informed that I will now need to wait an additional 10–12 working days for my refund. That means nearly a month of waiting for a refund for a drone I never even received. This entire experience shows a serious lack of communication, accountability, and customer care.The delays and excuses are simply unacceptable.
