*****, broken product and refuse return

Don't ever do business with them, they are *******. You get a product, its faulty, but not to bad, 6 month later you receive another product, also faulty. For the next 6 months you you get no service in getting it replaced, a 3rd product arrives, also faulty. You cancel in advance, they refuse to collect / take the faulty items back because it was opened (product actually came already opened) and they continue to deduct money from your account.
