Bad service and ***** from employees

I would like to formally log a complaint against the sales agent that **** to me and committed *****, as well as Bianca that dropped the call in my ear when I explained with facts that she is wrong

I expect a call from management before 5pm today or I will call the ombudsman and take legal action
