Very rude CEO
Honestly the rudest company i have ever come across. I tried to escalate my delivery and see if i could get it delivered faster and the owner was incredibly rude. They thought i was expecting them to drive an hour here to deliver on the same day when i was trying to ask if i could pay extra to courier guy to get my delivery earlier and this guy was so rude he said "What? Must i drive all the way to to you tonight? So i said i am never going to use them again and i asked to please send my tracking nr and i get a msg the next morning saying my vibe was off and they won't be delivering my product i ordered. Now i never expected them to drop off my parcel themselves i was just inquiring if its possible to pay extra to have it delivered early and this person went off at me and was extremely rude. They wouldn't even listen to my voice note when i was actually apologizing for the confusion and saying i would like my product but no apparently my vibe is off lol....
