I had the worst stay ever. We booked a 5 sleeper unit with Jacob for the weekend of 18 - 21 March 2023.

When we got there we found a 3 sleeper just because we had said 3 people were coming. On our way we took a friend along because she was in Joburg knowing we booked a 5 sleeper.

We phoned Bookings.com as we booked with them and explained to the agent. He understood our grivience as we had failed to reach an agreement with Jacob the owner. We were hoping he relocates us to his other venues and pay the difference but he said there aren't any when we've searched and saw there were other venues.

To cut the story shot, we ended up staying because we couldn't find an alternative. Bookings.com said had advised we don't have to pay any extra fees because we booked for a 5 sleeper but Jacob insisted on extra cash.

We asked for another bed so that we can pay for the extra cash and he told us that if we are not satisfied we can cancel.

The place is nice but we had no privacy, we were sharing the unit with a man. Jacob had previously tried to convince us to rather take a 3 sleeper but we refused because some of us drink and some font do we wanted to be comfortable.

Beds aren't comfortable, no Wine Glasses, Crockery and cutlery is limited and not up to standard for a person who left home to have some fun time.

Mattresses have stains. The bathtub you have to wait for 30 minutes for the next person to go in because the pipes are clocked.

Dirty Curtains.

I just wish Nyarai can find a better job because her personality is out of this world. She handled our frustrations very well and never back chatted but always calm.

Still have a lot to write but I'll never book that place again.
