The Heritage (nightmare) on Long

The service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. My partner ordered a wors roll and literally got a broken roll and a short piece of wors that didn’t even fit the broken roll. I’m still in disbelief at the service we received there. Instead of giving my partner a new, complete roll, the owner gave him pap, gravy and wors to “make up for the issue”. Had we wanted that, we would have ordered that.
