Refunds not paid on time
I was made to pay twice for a product (because the lady that was helping me was not sure if the payment went through, I didn't have my phone on me so i couldn't check at that time) and advised if the payment went through twice, i should come back for a refund. This happened on the 2/5/2026. I come on the 3rd with my phone to show that the payment went through. The owner was not comfortable to refunding me while both payments were still pending so he advised that i send him a screenshot when the payments have been finalised. I did as requested and was advised refunds only get processed at the end of the month. i was patient with their process its the 4/6/2026 still no refund and my emails are not getting responses. Disappointed with this shop as i regularly got my supplements from them. Won't be using them going forward.
