Waste of money and irresponsible medical advice

When I called the headache clinic about the \Complete Diagnosis\", what was described was being see by different specialist nurses, a neurologist and Dr Shevel. When I told them I was in Cape Town, they did not mention that the procedure was different. Later I was a little shocked to realise than in Cape Town there is just one nurse who does the examination and a GP instead of a neurologist. In fairness, later I did find the info hidden in a bunch of attachments in an email. <br> <br> The nurse was nice, however, I didn't feel like I was being diagnosed by an expert (which is what I expected given the hefty fee). I was also told X-rays get refunded by medical aid (they didn't). After 5 hrs of questions, a few simple tests, and a GP who responded to one of my questions with a Google answer on her phone, I was told I have muscle tension but they're not sure why I get headaches. But I could pay another R4000 to have a insert in my mouth that the nurse couldn't explain how it worked. Was given a script for over the counter supplements and a painkiller that interacts with medication I am on (that I had made them aware of) and some green gel! <br> <br> Still in pain, just poorer and angrier"
