Horrible experience at the Haven in Estcourt KZN

Good day everyone.

I made a booking at The Haven on the 30 November 2020, for the 18 December 2020, a one night stay, I messaged the owner on the 18th December, letting her know what time I would be there. Once I got there that evening, the owner tells me she FORGOT that I was coming, and unfortunately ALL their rooms were under construction, and then she proceeds to take me to an absolutely pathetic room, tools everywhere, nails sticking out the floor, an nauseating paint smell throughout, a filthy bathroom, once I called her to let her know that no one could possibly stay in this room, she was so EXTREMELY RUDE! then she tells us to move to the room next door!!! so they had rooms available and refused to give it to my Fiance and I. Apparently they were WAITING for other guests to arrive!!! To us, they were just being ******! Over the phone, the people they were with, were swearing us, using the most terrible language you could imagine! eventually when I proceeded to tell them that the conversations were being recorded they cut the call, a few moments later at MIDNIGHT, after we tried to explain the CURFEW to them, someone called us back, apologizing for their behavior! and then we still had to drive across town after Midnight to another B&B! How do people like this, own a hospitality business
