Refund _ re: non delivery

I am still waiting for my order placed on 15/12/2021, what's worse is that they are ignoring me when I do a follow up. I'm not receiving any communication from them regarding the delays instead they ignore me when I send them messages via WhatsApp and Instagram. The no that I have does not go through. I will really appreciate it if they can at least pay back my money if they don't have stock.
